Fairhaven Health is an incredible resource for TTC, Pregnancy, Postnatal, and Nursing supplements and other products. I have been taking Nursing Blend Breastfeeding Supplements and loving them.
They are a complete prenatal vitamin PLUS herbal blend for milk production. I'm not a big fan of the flavor of nursing teas so this is great to me because I just take this capsule instead and don't have to choke down some gross tea. They have helped me to keep up my milk supply which hasn't been easy as of late- I am entering my second year as an exclusive pumper and my supply has been slowing.
